Fellowship of the SNCA (2016 - 2019)
On August 1st, RODRIGO VALDEZ HERMOSO was admited a Fellow of the SISTEMA NACIONAL DE CREADORES DE ARTE (SNCA), of the FONDO NACIONAL PARA LA CULTURA Y LAS ARTES (FONCA).
The Fellowship of the SNCA is the most prestigious grant awarded by the Federal Government of Mexico, in order to support the creation of fine arts.
During the period 2016-2019, VALDEZ HERMOSO will compose new works for the Arditti Quartet and Jake Arditti (UK), Quatuor Molinari (CA), Arabesque Winds (US), a Flute Concerto for Alejandro Escuer and the Chamber Orchestra of Bellas Artes (MX), a piece for Symphony Orchestra and a Chamber Opera.
El 1 de agosto de 2016 RODRIGO VALDEZ HERMOSO fue admitido como Miembro del SISTEMA NACIONAL DE CREADORES DE ARTE (SNCA), del FONDO NACIONAL PARA LA CULTURA Y LAS ARTES (FONCA).
El SNCA, es la subvención de mayor prestigio otorgada por el Gobierno Federal de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, destinada a la creación artística de excelencia.
Durante el periodo 2016-2019, VALDEZ HERMOSO compondrá nuevas obras para el Arditti Quartet y Jake Arditti (UK), Quatuor Molinari (CA), Arabesque Winds (US), un concierto para flauta y orquesta de cuerdas para el flautista Alejandro Escuer y la Orquesta de Cámara de Bellas Artes (MX), una obra sínfónica, así como una ópera de cámara.
