WAPITI ENSEMBLE MONTREAL / -Undead Piano-
On August 28 the WAPITI ENSEMBLE MONTREAL (Geneviève Liboiron - Violin and Daniel Áñez - Piano) will give the world premiere of RODRIGO VALDEZ HERMOSO's -Undead Piano- (Homage to Chuck Palahniuk).
The concert will be performed at the Palacio de Bellas Artes in the Manuel M. Ponce Concert Hall (Mexico City), as part of the cycle MÚSICA DE LOS SIGLOS XX Y XXI INBA-CNMO. The program will be integrated by music of Liliana Zamora, David Hernández-Ramos, Erika Vega, Andrea Chamizo, José Julio Díaz Infante and Rodrigo Valdez Hermoso. -Undead Piano- (Homage to Chuck Palahniuk), was commissioned by the WAPITI ENSEMBLE with the generous support of the CONSEIL DES ARTS ET DES LETTRES DU QUEBEC (CALQ), and the FONDO NACIONAL PARA LA CULTURA Y LAS ARTES (FONCA).
El próximo 28 de Agosto, el dueto canadiense WAPITI ENSEMBLE conformado por la violinista Geneviève Liboiron y el pianista Daniel Áñez, realizará el estreno mundial de la obra -Undead Piano- (Homage to Chuck Palahniuk), del compositor RODRIGO VALDEZ HERMOSO.
El concierto se llevará a cabo en la sala Manuel M. Ponce del Palacio de Bellas Artes en la ciudad de México, como parte del ciclo MÚSICA DE LOS SIGLOS XX Y XI INBA-CNMO.
El programa presentará obras de Liliana Zamora, David Hernández-Ramos, Erika Vega, Ernesto Illescas, Andrea Chamizo, José Julio Díaz Infante y Rodrigo Valdez Hermoso.
