XXXVI FIMN "MANUEL ENRÍQUEZ" 2014

RODRIGO VALDEZ HERMOSO's music was selected for sixth time to be part of the FORO INTERNACIONAL DE MÚSICA NUEVA "MANUEL ENRÍQUEZ" / INBA / CONACULTA.

For this ocassion the selected piece was the String Quartet No.3 -RED over WHITE-, which will have its world premiere during the festival. The XXXVI FIMN is sponsored by the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA) and the National Council for Culture and Arts (CONACULTA). It will take place from May 16 to June 6, 2014. The Foro Internacional de Música Nueva "MANUEL ENRÍQUEZ" is one of the most important festivals of contemporary music in the American Continent. Each year, more than 25 concerts are presented including premieres by composers from all around the world.
